SHIPPING
The Farm at Krystal Acres ships most items via USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate by the size of envelope or box needed to mail your item(s). Cost ranges from approximately $9 for a mailer envelope that fits hats or gloves, to $23 for a large box that fits a longer coat or blanket. Once shipped, items typically arrive within 1-3 business days. Shipping includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance (some restrictions apply).

Items purchased from our store location are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition with original tags attached and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Sale items are final sale.
Mail Order Return Policy
Mail orders must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the order delivery date. Items must be in new condition with original tags attached in order to receive a full refund to the original form of payment or store credit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items are final sale.
